1188 City Streets, Sidewalks and Concrete Structure Maintenance Contract #10532

The City of Ocean Springs, Mississippi will be accepting electronic or sealed bids for the following project:

CITY STREET, SIDEWALK AND CONCRETE STRUCTURE MAINTENANCE CONTRACT

Project Manuals may be examined in the office of the City Clerk at Ocean Springs City Hall, 1018 Porter Avenue, Ocean Springs, Mississippi, at the office of the Design Engineer, Overstreet and Associates PLLC, 161 Lameuse Street, Suite 203, Biloxi, Mississippi, or online at www.overstreetengplans.com or www.centralbidding.com. All plan holders are required to have a valid email address for online registration. For information regarding website registration and online orders, please contact Central Bidding at 225-810-4814. For information regarding this project, contact Overstreet and Associates’ office at 228-967-7137 in Biloxi, Mississippi.

All bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope with the bidder’s name, address, date and time of the bid opening, and the words “CITY STREET, SIDEWALK AND CONCRETE STRUCTURE MAINTENANCE CONTRACT” written on the exterior of the sealed bid envelope. The Bidder’s Certificate of Responsibility Number shall be written on the exterior of the envelope. Absence of the Bidder’s Certificate of Responsibility Number on the exterior of the envelope will cause the declared bid to not be opened or considered.

Electronic or sealed Bids will be received at the office of the City Clerk of City of Ocean Springs, Mississippi and publicly opened at 2:00 P.M. (local time) on Wednesday, November, 10, 2021 in the City Hall Board Room.

Bids may be mailed to P.O. Box 1800, Ocean Springs, Mississippi 39566-1800 or hand delivered to City Hall at 1018 Porter Avenue, Ocean Springs, Mississippi 39564.

The project is funded the City of Ocean Springs. The successful bidder must comply with all federal, state and local requirements contained in the Contract Documents, including but not limited to Section 3, Davis-Bacon Federal Wage Regulations, E-Verify, etc., as identified in the bid proposal packet.

The City of Ocean Springs reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality. Bids may be held by the City of Ocean Springs for the purpose of review for a period not to exceed ninety (90) days from the date of the bid opening.
